Indigo Sky Casino, a 280,000 square-foot casino and hotel project, involves the development of approximately 67 acres including all water and sewer infrastructure. The building consists of 117 hotel rooms and suites with gaming floor space for over 1,500 slot machines, table games, off-track betting, and bingo. This project also features a 200-seat Southwestern restaurant, an oversized destination-style outdoor swimming pool, and a patio area, as well as a RV park with 43 full-amenity spaces, adjacent walking trails, and a picnic area.
